State and County occupancy tax 11.75% 25% deposit will hold your reservation, refundable up to 30 days before arrival. Balance plus refundable $150 security deposit due at check in time. Rates include linens, utilities and cleaning. Guests should bring their own paper products. Weekly rentals are for seven nights, Saturday - Saturday. Weekend rentals are for three nights and can include either Friday or Monday night if available. Check in 4:00 PM, check out 12:00 noon.
